British Virgin Islands The British Virgin Islands exempts income earned outside the British Virgin Islands. There are no accounting and auditing requirements, and no public records of company directors and shareholders.
Many businesses choose to do business in Nevada, USA because they offer very attractive tax benefits and business friendly regulations. They don't have hidden taxes like capital stock taxes, they don't tax state corporation income, they don't have sales tax on products sold out of state.
